Heltio has no separate "visual identity" screen. There is one clinic logo, uploaded on the clinic Profile, and everything a patient sees draws on it: the public clinic page, the emails Heltio sends and the PDF documents.
There is no colour palette here, no accent colours in PDFs and no light/dark logo variants. If you are looking for an interface theme for the team, that is a different thing — Interface language and theme.
How to do it
Upload the logo on the clinic Profile
Sidebar → Clinic → Profile, the Logo section. Click Upload logo. The hint under the field says it outright: Square image, max 5 MB. JPEG, PNG or WebP. After saving you will see Logo updated.
The logo can be replaced (Change logo) or deleted (Remove logo). A new file overwrites the previous one — the patient sees the change everywhere at once.
Fill in the rest of the clinic Profile
The same page holds everything a patient reads before booking: Cover photo (1920 × 720 px recommended), Photo gallery (up to 8, at least 3 to publish), About the clinic (at least 80 characters in Polish), Opening hours, Contact details, Amenities, Services and prices, Practitioners.
On the right stands the Publication checklist — it shows how many required fields are left. While something is missing, the Publish clinic button is disabled and the hint lists the gaps.
Set how the emails look
Sidebar → Messaging → the email tab. The Email Branding card has two fields:
- Custom footer text — the clinic's full name with its address, for instance.
- Reply-to email — where a patient's reply lands. Leaving it empty means the clinic email.
Below that you switch individual message types on and off. Two are always sent and cannot be switched off: Portal invitation (for security reasons) and GDPR deletion confirmation (for legal ones).
When something does not work
File is too large. Maximum size is 5 MB.
What this means: The image being uploaded is over the limit.
Only JPEG, PNG, and WebP images are supported.
What this means: You are trying to upload an SVG, a PDF or some other format.
Upload failed. Please try again.
What this means: The upload was interrupted — a dropped connection or an expired upload address.
Some fields still need attention before we can publish your clinic.
What this means: The checklist has unmet items — most often fewer than three photos in the gallery, or a description shorter than 80 characters.
We couldn't publish the clinic. Please try again.
What this means: The publication did not reach the server.
Who has access
Clinic AdminThe logo, photos and clinic description are changed by the clinic owner or administrator. The email branding too. A practitioner edits their own entry in the Practitioners section only: the description, photo and specialities are pulled from their personal profile.
