Public clinic profile

The clinic's shopfront for patients: logo, description, gallery, hours, map and team. The editor works and is worth filling in, but the public page itself is switched off for the beta.

The clinic profile gathers in one place everything a patient should know before booking: logo, description, photos, opening hours, address with a map, amenities, prices and the team. You edit it under Clinic → Profile.

What is not there today. The separate public clinic page at heltio.pl/gabinet/… is switched off for the beta — typing that address ends in a message saying the page has been removed. That includes the View public page link inside the editor itself. The profile data is not dead, though: the name, logo, city, phone, email address and specializations are shown to patients in the online booking header. The description, gallery, hours and amenities wait for the public page to come back.

How to do it

01

Open Clinic → Profile

The screen is called Edit clinic profile. At the top sits the publication status bar, and below it the sections in the order a patient will see them.

Under 1 is the heading of the first section — the rest follow one under another, in the same order. Under 4 is the Publish clinic button, inactive until the checklist is entirely green.

Edit everything on one page; the publish button unlocks only once all six conditions are green.
02

Upload the logo, cover photo and gallery

The Logo is a square image, the Cover photo a landscape one, recommended size 1920 × 720 px. Both accept JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB.

The Photo gallery holds up to eight photos; publishing needs at least three. Every photo can carry a Caption, and you change the order with the handle or the Move up / Move down buttons.

03

Write the About the clinic text

The field takes a Polish and an English version. Publishing requires at least 80 characters in Polish — the counter under the field shows how many you have.

You can also click Generate description and pick a tone: Professional, Warm or Expert. The result is marked as an AI draft and has to be read before saving. In the highlights for the generator, do not give patient data — names, phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses; they will be rejected. Generating spends AI credits.

04

Fill in contact, hours, services and amenities

In the Contact details section you give the Street address, City, Phone and Email. The Get coordinates from address button sets the point on the map; if the address is unusual, you can type latitude and longitude by hand.

Opening hours and Services and prices are not edited here — the profile links to the schedule and the service catalogue, where that data lives. Under Amenities you tick Parking on site and Wheelchair accessible.

05

Close the checklist and publish

The Publication checklist has six entries and all of them have to be green:

  • Clinic logo uploaded
  • At least 3 gallery photos
  • About text in Polish (min. 80 characters)
  • Opening hours set
  • At least one active service
  • At least one practitioner with a photo, bio and specialization

While anything is missing, the Publish clinic button is inactive and tells you what to fill in. Publication can be undone — Unpublish clinic hides the clinic, but direct booking links keep working.

When something doesn't work

Warning

File is too large. Maximum size is 5 MB.

What this means: The photo exceeds the size limit for the logo, cover or gallery.

What to do: Shrink the photo before uploading. A phone photo usually runs to a dozen megabytes — saving it at a lower resolution is enough.
Warning

Only JPEG, PNG, and WebP images are supported.

What this means: The uploaded file is in another format — HEIC from a phone, or a PDF.

What to do: Convert the file to JPEG or PNG and upload it again.
Warning

Please add at least 3 photos before publishing.

What this means: The gallery has fewer than three photos, and that is one of the publication conditions.

What to do: Fill the gallery out. Photos of the clinic, the treatment room and reception are enough.
Warning

Gallery is full. Remove a photo before adding another.

What this means: The gallery already holds eight photos — the maximum.

What to do: Remove the weakest photo and add a new one in its place.
Warning

Could not find coordinates for this address. Please enter them manually.

What this means: The address is incomplete, or written in a form the geocoder does not recognise.

What to do: Check the street, number and city. If the address is right, type the latitude and longitude by hand — you can read them off a map by right-clicking the point.
Error

We couldn't publish the clinic. Please try again.

What this means: Publication did not go through on the server side.

What to do: Refresh the page and check the status bar — if it still says unpublished, try once more.
Warning

Remove personal data (names, phone, email, address) from the highlights before generating.

What this means: Personal data found its way into the highlights for the description generator.

What to do: Describe the clinic in general terms — approach, atmosphere, focus areas. Names and contacts are not needed to produce a good description.

Who has access

Clinic Admin

The clinic profile is edited by whoever manages the clinic. Individual practitioners' photos, bios and specializations are not edited from here — each person maintains those in their own profile. From the clinic side you set only what concerns this one place of work: the default room and the note shown under the practitioner's bio.
