Clinic Information is the first card on the Settings page. Six fields, one save button. This is where the clinic name shown throughout the app comes from, the address on the public page, and the time zone that appointment and reminder times are counted in.
Do not confuse this card with the clinic Profile (sidebar → Clinic → Profile). That is where the logo, photos, description and opening hours go — what a patient reads before booking. These here are the operational details.
How to do it
Fill in the six fields
- Name — appears in the sidebar, on the public booking page and in messages to patients.
- Email — the clinic's contact address.
- Phone — the clinic's contact number.
- Address and City — two separate fields.
- Timezone — from a list.
Europe/Warsawby default. Appointment, reminder and report times are counted in it.
Save
Click Save changes. While you have unsaved changes a marker glows next to the card title, and trying to leave the page will ask for confirmation. After a successful save Heltio confirms with Clinic settings updated.
On the diagram, 1 is the General section in the sidebar, the route to this screen; 3 is one of the card's six fields; 4 is the Save changes button, shared by the whole card. The tax details from the next step sit in a different section of the same menu, not under this button.
Fill in the tax details separately
The NIP, the bank account and the invoice footer are not on this card. You will find them in the sidebar under Subscription & Billing, on the Clinic Tax Information card:
- NIP — ten digits; the field hints Required for KSeF submission.
- Bank Account (IBAN) — goes into the payment details on the invoice.
- Invoice footer text — the text printed at the bottom of the document.
That is also where you set invoice numbering, the default VAT rate and the exemption basis. Details: Invoices and KSeF.
When something does not work
Failed to save clinic settings. Please try again.
What this means: The save did not reach the server, or was rejected.
Not available in demo mode
What this means: You are working in the demo clinic. It is read-only — the fields are greyed out and the save button is disabled.
Select a clinic to view settings.
What this means: The account has no active clinic selected.
Configure your NIP in Billing Settings first.
What this means: You are trying to issue an invoice and the clinic has no NIP entered yet.
Who has access
Clinic AdminThe fields are only active for the clinic owner and administrator. A practitioner and reception can open the page and see the values, but cannot save them. Every change leaves a trace in the audit log.

Settings — a map of the configuration
What you set on the single Settings page, what has its own entry in the sidebar, and what you will not see in your clinic at all.
Clinic logo and identity
One logo carries everything a patient receives from Heltio — the public page, emails and PDF documents. This article says where to upload it and why the file format matters.
Invoices and KSeF
Issuing invoices, proformas and corrections, submitting to the National e-Invoice System, and the KSeF Inbox with invoices from suppliers. Numbering, seller details and the VAT exemption basis are set once, under Billing.
Public clinic profile
The clinic's shopfront for patients: logo, description, gallery, hours, map and team. The editor works and is worth filling in, but the public page itself is switched off for the beta.
