Heltio assembles three printable documents: the post-visit handout, the exercise program and the invoice. Each is built from data already entered — you retype nothing — and each carries the clinic's details in the header.

The first two are assembled in your browser and land on disk immediately. The invoice is assembled on the server, so shortly after it is issued it may still be in preparation.

How to do it

01

Print the post-visit handout

Once the visit is finished, open it and click Generate PDF Handout. The same printout is offered by the dialog that closes the session, via Generate PDF Handout.

The document is made of what you filled in on the summary: Diagnosis / Clinical Impression, Treatment Performed, Home Exercise Program, Lifestyle Recommendations, Referrals, Follow-up Plan and General Advice. Empty sections simply do not appear.

At the top comes an Important Medical Information box with allergies, current medication and chronic conditions, and if the visit had pain points marked — a body chart as well. The footer carries a sentence about the document being informational, plus the line "This document was prepared by … on …".

02

Print the exercise program

Open the patient's program and click Export PDF. What comes out is a list of exercises split into weeks and days, with sets, reps, load, rest, tempo and the cues and notes for the patient. For exercises with video material, the document gives the link.

Heltio confirms with PDF exported.

03

Download the invoice

Download PDF works both on the invoice list and in a single invoice view. The document holds seller and buyer details, the line items, the VAT-rate summary, the payment method and the account number — and, on invoices sent to KSeF, a Verify in KSeF link.

An invoice just after issuing may still be in preparation — you will then see PDF is being generated — please try again in a moment.

04

Show the patient where they find their own documents

In the portal the patient has Download summary on a finished visit, Print / Save as PDF, Download PDF on invoices, and Download on shared materials. You do not have to send them anything.

Which language the document comes out in

The post-visit handout is assembled in the patient's language if that is recorded on their card — regardless of the language your dashboard is set to. A Ukrainian patient gets a Ukrainian printout from a Polish-speaking therapist. When the card has no language on it, the document goes out in your dashboard's language.

The exercise program and the invoice come out in the dashboard language of whoever clicks the button.

When something doesn't work

Warning

No session summary recorded.

What this means: The visit has no summary filled in, so there is nothing to assemble a handout from.

What to do: Click **Add Session Summary** and fill in at least the diagnosis and the recommendations.
Warning

Failed to generate PDF. Please try again.

What this means: Assembling the document in the browser did not finish — most often on a very long program or a weak connection.

What to do: Try again. If it keeps failing, open the page in another tab and generate the file once more.
Info

The PDF is taking longer than usual. Please try again in a moment.

What this means: The invoice is waiting in the server-side assembly queue.

What to do: Wait a minute and click **Download PDF** again. The invoice number and its submission to KSeF do not depend on this file.
Warning

Unable to open print window. Please allow popups for this site.

What this means: The browser blocked the print window.

What to do: Allow this site to open windows and try again.
Warning

No exercises in this program.

What this means: The program has no exercises yet, so the printout would be empty.

What to do: Add exercises in the [program builder](/pomoc/funkcje/programy/program-builder) before exporting the file.

Who has access

Practitioner Clinic Admin Receptionist

The post-visit handout and the exercise program are printed by whoever has access to the patient's record. The invoice can also be downloaded by reception. The patient downloads their own documents themselves, from the portal, and sees only their own.

A printout changes nothing in the record — it is a snapshot of the state at the moment the file was generated.
