My Profile is your professional calling card: "Your professional profile is shown to patients on the marketplace, your clinic page, and the booking widget". The profile belongs to you, not to the clinic — working in two places you have one profile, but you decide separately where it appears.
Four pages, one each in the sidebar under My Account: My Profile (preview and completion state), Edit Profile, Credentials, Privacy.
How to do it
Check what is missing
The My Profile page opens with a Complete your profile card carrying a percentage counter and a list of what is left. Heltio counts nine items: profile photo, headline, an "About me" description (at least 80 characters in Polish), at least one specialization, one condition treated, one therapy method, one education entry, one language and a professional licence number.
Fill the profile in
Click Edit Profile. The sections come in order:
- Profile photo — JPG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB at most.
- Headline & slug — the title (
mgr,dr) and the tail of your public profile address: 3 to 60 characters, lowercase letters, digits and hyphens only. - About me — in Polish and in English. The Translate with DeepL button carries the text between the two versions; the cost in credits is shown before it runs, and a number of translations each month are free.
- Specializations, Conditions I treat, Methods I use — from a list. When something is missing, click My specialization isn't listed and submit a suggestion; we review requests within 3–5 business days.
- Education — institution, field, degree, years. Entries are reordered with the arrows.
- Languages — every language you speak with patients in.
Each section has its own save button and confirms with Changes saved.
Add your professional licence number
The Credentials page. Pick the type — PWZF – Physiotherapist, PWZ – Doctor or Other — enter the number and attach a PDF (5 MB at most). Click Submit for verification.
We verify manually within 1–3 business days. The status shows on the same page: Pending review, Verified or Rejected with a stated reason and a Submit again with corrected number button.
Set where the profile should be visible
The Privacy page, three independent switches:
- Show me in the clinic finder — the profile enters search results on Heltio.
- Show me on the public clinic page.
- Allow patients to book directly via public link.
The changes are publicly visible within 30 seconds.
When something does not work
Please write at least 80 characters so patients can get a sense of your approach.
What this means: The “About me” description is too short — without it the clinic will not clear the pre-publication checklist.
A licence number is 3 to 11 characters (digits or letters). Enter it exactly as it appears on your chamber certificate — physiotherapists (KIF) usually have 5 digits, doctors (NIL) 7.
What this means: The number entered does not fit the permitted length.
Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed. Cannot start or end with a hyphen.
What this means: The public profile address contains capital letters, Polish diacritics or spaces.
File is too large. Maximum size is 5 MB
What this means: The profile photo or the licence scan is over the limit.
You don't have enough Heltio credits for this translation.
What this means: This month's free translation allowance is used up and there are no credits on the account.
Failed to load privacy settings
What this means: The Privacy page did not fetch the state of the switches.
Who has access
Practitioner Clinic AdminOnly you edit your own profile. On the Practitioner at this clinic card a clinic administrator sets how your profile behaves in that one clinic — the description, photo and specializations still come from your personal profile. Verification of a professional licence number is done by the Heltio team, not by the clinic.
