The program you build in the program editor is what the patient opens in the portal under Exercises. There they log what they actually did — and what they log comes back to you as a picture of adherence.
The patient does not change the program. They change only their own completion entries.
How to do it
Getting into the program
The Exercises tab has a Programs section listing the assigned programs; each expands to that day's exercises. Opening a program leads to its main screen with counters: Streak (days in a row), This week as a percentage, Sessions, Today and Next milestone.
Logging exercises
Every exercise has three buttons: Done, Adjust and Skip.
- Adjust opens the How did it go? panel with Sets done, Reps per set, Load / weight, Duration and Note for your practitioner (optional) fields. The patient can attach up to 1 video and 3 photos — a photo up to 10 MB, a video up to 50 MB. They also rate how the exercise felt and how hard it was.
- Skip opens the Mark as skipped panel and requires a reason: too much pain, tiredness, no time, no equipment, or another reason with a note.
A log can be undone with Undo. The card shows the outcome as Done, Partial — … of … sets, Skipped or Not logged.
The set runner
On set-based exercises the patient can work through them one at a time: Set … of …, Start, Pause, Done, and between sets a Rest — …s countdown that can be skipped. They can Add another set or Stop here — the remaining sets are then logged as skipped.
The daily check-in and the summary
Once a day the patient gets the How are you today? question — three sliders from 1 to 5: Sleep, Mood, Energy, plus a note. After a finished session the Done for today screen appears with Done, Partial and Skipped counters and the session time.
For keeping it up, the patient earns milestones: First session, 3-day streak, 7-day streak, 30-day streak, Halfway through your program, Program complete, Feeling better.
Exercise history
From an exercise card the patient opens the Exercise history: What your practitioner asked for, charts of pain, volume completed, effort and duration, and a list of Past sessions. With too few entries, Not enough data yet shows instead of a chart.

Who has access
Practitioner Clinic AdminA program is assigned by someone with the right to edit patient data. The patient sees only the programs assigned to their own card in the selected clinic, and logs only their own completions.
