The demo is two ready-made clinics — Centrum Fizjoterapii Prime and Anna Kowalska's Studio Fizjo — with patients, appointments, exercise programs and invoices. You get in with one click, with no account to create.
Nothing here is real and nothing is permanent: Demo data resets every night, at 3 AM. So you can cancel appointments, issue invoices and delete things you would not touch in a real clinic without thinking twice.
How to do it
Choose a role
The demo page offers three ways in:
- Enter as Practitioner — the calendar, the patient list, notes, exercise programs and invoices across both clinics.
- Enter as Receptionist — online bookings, walk-ins, payments, running two locations.
- Enter as Patient — the patient portal: booking a visit, exercises, messages to the therapist.
Each entry tells you whose shoes you are stepping into — Signing in as Anna Kowalska — owner of Centrum Fizjoterapii Prime and Studio Fizjo, for instance.
Recognise that you are in the demo
At the top of the screen sits a Demo account banner: You're using a demo account. All data is fictional and resets daily at 03:00. Beside it are Exit demo and Create your own account.
The practitioner account also gets a short tour of the dashboard — Take a guided tour — stopping at the calendar, a patient record, the appointment workspace, analytics and the patient portal.
Ask for your own 24-hour demo
If you want to show Heltio to a team, the Try Heltio with your own demo clinic page sends a one-time link to an address you name. You give Your work email and click Send me a demo link; you then see Check your inbox. The link is valid for 24 hours and works once.
Move on to your own clinic
At the bottom of the demo page sits the question about moving to your own clinic and a Create your free account button, which leads straight to the application. Nothing carries over from the demo — your own clinic starts with an empty database.
When something doesn't work
Demo is resetting — try again in a minute.
What this means: The sign-in landed exactly on the nightly data rebuild.
Too many sign-in attempts. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.
What this means: Too many entries into the demo from the same place in a short time.
Demo clinic is not available. Please try again later.
What this means: The demo clinic is momentarily unresponsive.
Demo link expired
What this means: A personal link from the email is valid for 24 hours.
Demo already in use
What this means: That link has already been used — each one works once.
We've already sent a demo link recently. Please check your inbox or try again later.
What this means: A link went to that address recently and another will not be sent straight away.
Who has access
The demo is open to anyone and needs no account. The role you pick on the way in decides the view: a practitioner gets the full clinic dashboard, reception gets the front-desk view, a patient gets the patient portal.
No real patient and no real clinic has anything to do with it: Everything is fictional — no real patient is ever created.
