The search is meant to be the shared entry point for patients who do not have a clinic yet: they type a city and a complaint, get a list of clinics and specialists, click through and book. For your clinic it is a free channel for reaching new patients.
It does not work yet. The address heltio.pl/znajdz-gabinet is switched off in beta and ends on a "not found" page. There is no launch date. This article describes what will be visible once it is switched on, and what is worth preparing now — because the preparation takes longer than the switching on.
How to do it
Everything that can be done today amounts to getting the data into a state where the clinic and the team are fit to be shown.
Get the clinic profile to publishable
The search will show published clinics only. Publishing needs six things at once: a logo, at least three gallery photos, a Polish description longer than 80 characters, opening hours set, at least one active service, and at least one practitioner with a photo, a bio and a specialization. Fill in the address and coordinates
Searching by city rests on the clinic address. In the Contact details section of the profile, fill in the Street address and City, then click Get coordinates from address. Without coordinates the clinic cannot be placed on a map.
Ask the team to complete their profiles
Patients will be able to search not only for a clinic but for a specific person — by Specialization, Condition, Method and Language. Those four come from practitioner profiles, not from clinic settings. Each person must also switch on Show me in clinic search on their own Privacy tab. See Public practitioner profile.
Send licence numbers for verification
A specialist's card in the results will be able to carry a Verified badge. Verification is manual and takes 1–3 business days, so better not to leave it to launch day.
What the patient will see
The screen is called Find a clinic or specialist. Above the results will be a Search by city or clinic name field and a Filters button with five narrowings: City, Specialization, Condition, Method, Language.
The results split into two tabs — Clinics and Specialists — each with a hit counter. A clinic card leads to View clinic, a person's card to View profile; both show the city, and clinics additionally show Parking and Accessible where you ticked them. When nothing matches, the patient sees No results and a Clear filters button.
Who has access
Clinic Admin PractitionerPublishing the clinic and its data belongs to whoever manages the clinic. Consent to appearing in the search belongs to each specialist individually and nobody can switch it on for them — not even an admin.
