A fiscal printer does not talk to Heltio over the internet — it stands at reception, on the same network as the computer. Heltio Bridge joins the two: an app you install on the reception computer, which takes the receipt content from Heltio and hands it to the printer.
Fiscal Receipts does work — the list of what has been printed or is waiting in the queue.
How to do it
Check whether the bridge is answering
In the header of the list stands an indicator labelled bridge status, reading Online, Offline or Degraded. During a break in connectivity you will see a banner: "Bridge is offline. PENDING receipts will print when the bridge reconnects". On an unstable link: "Bridge connection is unstable. Some print jobs may be delayed".
Find a receipt
The list has two filters — Status and Device — and the columns Date, Device, Patient / Payment, Total, Receipt #, Status. The statuses are Pending, Printed, Failed and Cancelled.
When there is nothing here you will see No receipts yet — "Fiscal receipts will appear here after payments are captured".
Retry, cancel or look at the details
Every row has View detail, Retry and Cancel. Cancelling asks "Cancel receipt?" and reassures: "This will not affect the associated payment" — the payment record in Heltio is left untouched. The detail view holds Show device response, the printer's raw answer; that is the first thing worth attaching to a support report.
Export for the accountant
The Export CSV button downloads the filtered list. Heltio does not generate a JPK file for receipts — on the fiscal side that is done by the printer itself, which reports to the Ministry of Finance without our involvement.
When something does not work
Bridge is offline. Receipt will print automatically when the bridge reconnects.
What this means: The Heltio Bridge app is not running on the reception computer, or has lost connectivity.
Bridge connection is unstable. Some print jobs may be delayed.
What this means: The bridge answers, but intermittently — usually the practice network, or a computer that goes to sleep.
Bridge is offline. Connect the bridge app first.
What this means: An attempt at a test print while the bridge is not connected.
Who has access
Clinic Admin ReceptionistReception handles the receipt list and the printing. Connecting the bridge and adding devices is the clinic administrator's job — today through Heltio support, because the configuration screen is closed.

KSeF configuration
Connecting the clinic to the National e-Invoice System: a token from the KSeF portal, the choice of test or production environment, a connection test and a view of submission status.
Fiscal receipts
Printing receipts on an online fiscal printer connected through Heltio Bridge. The receipt list is in the app, but the screen for connecting the bridge and registering devices is switched off — for now a clinic fiscalises sales outside Heltio.
Payments — the day's till
The reception screen for one working day: how much has been taken, who is sitting in the waiting room with an unpaid visit, what is outstanding, and how much cash is in the drawer at shift close.
