July 2026 — new app look, guardian accounts, marketing campaigns, booking widget

What's new

A new look for the app

We have refreshed the clinic interface: a collapsible sidebar, redesigned reception and practitioner screens, global search and the day's till. At the kiosk, patients can now check in with their PESEL number. A Today tab has appeared in the patient portal with the plan for the day ahead.

Guardian accounts

A parent or legal guardian can manage a child's record from their own patient-portal account — one sign-in, a switcher between patients, and signatures on consents and forms attributed to the guardian. In the clinic panel: Patients → Guardians.

Marketing campaigns

Clinics can send bulk SMS and e-mail to selected patient segments, respecting marketing consents and with one-click unsubscribe. A new Marketing section in the panel.

A booking widget to embed on your website

A clinic can paste a short snippet of code into its own website so that patients book visits without leaving it. Configuration lives in the Widget tab in Settings.

Still ahead of us

  • Help-centre articles for guardian accounts, marketing campaigns and the booking widget — in preparation.

June 2026 — modular pricing, Ukrainian and Russian, new PDF exports

What's new

Pricing v2 — modules and bundles instead of plans

The rigid Starter / Pro / Clinic / Clinic Plus plans have been replaced by a modular model: a mandatory Core plus modules you buy (SMS, AI and so on) plus bundles that combine several modules for less than their sum. The new Pricing page shows the current offer and leads straight to sign-up. Existing clinics were moved onto the new model with no interruption of service.

Ukrainian and Russian

The app and the help centre (/pomoc) are now available in four languages: Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. The language is picked from the drop-down in the top menu — more in Theme and language.

New PDF exports

Invoices, treatment plans and printable materials now share one PDF layout (Inter typeface, clinic logo and details in the header and footer), replacing three different generators.

docs-v1.0Improvement

May 2026 — public documentation launch

What's new

Launch of the public Heltio documentation library. Available at /pomoc — a full map of the app's features, how-to guides, a glossary and GDPR compliance pages.

What it contains

  • Feature library — 108 pages covering 13 modules (Calendar, Patients, Programmes, Finance, Communication, Patient portal, AI, Administration, Public visibility, Getting started, Integrations, Analytics, Settings). Every page has 8 fixed sections: What it does / How to use it / Common errors / Permissions / Settings / Related / FAQ / What's planned.
  • Quick starts for 4 roles — Clinic admin (7 days), Practitioner (3 days), Reception (3 days), DPO (1 hour).
  • Compliance and GDPR — 10 formal compliance pages (DPA, sub-processors, retention, audit log, data subject rights, encryption, P1, roles, incidents, consent management).
  • How-to guides — 16 recipe articles across 9 categories (Getting started, Calendar, Documentation, Payments, Portal, Programmes, AI, GDPR, Migration).
  • Troubleshooting — 10 pages for the most common failures (KSeF, P1, SMS, fiscal register, AI, multi-clinic).
  • Glossary — 30 entries explaining the terminology (KSeF, P1, ZM, EDM, JPK, NPS, ODI, SOAP, GDPR, DPO, DPA and more).

The numbers

  • 182 MDX pages in Polish (PL canonical).
  • ~350,000 words of documentation.
  • ~1,200 documented error messages with a code (ERR_*) and a severity (info/warning/error) — ready to be deep-linked from the app.
  • ~1,800 FAQ entries.

Still ahead of us

  • Screenshots. Every page has four slots reserved for screenshots — the images themselves, with captions, land in a second phase (roughly 500 of them).
  • English version. PL comes first, EN follows on demand. The slugs are shared — /en/pomoc/funkcje/finanse/faktury-i-ksef.
  • Audit and polish. pnpm docs:audit checks namespace and app-path consistency; we will fill the gaps after the first full run.
