A package marked public lands on the Buy a pass page at heltio.pl/book/your-clinic/packages. The patient buys it themselves, with no account and no trip to reception — they pay through Przelewy24, and the pass activates once the payment clears.
The Passes tab appears next to booking only when you have at least one active public package. The passes page itself works independently of online booking — you can sell passes even with online scheduling switched off.
How to do it
Turn on online payments
A public purchase always goes through the payment provider. Until the clinic has online payments enabled, the buy button ends in a refusal: Online payments are disabled for this clinic. See Online payments via Przelewy24.
Mark the package public
Under Settings → Packages open a package and tick Show in public booking as well as Active. The filter above the list (Public / Hidden from booking) shows what patients see today.
Four form tabs matter on the purchase page:
- Details — Name and Description. These build the package card the patient reads before buying.
- Pricing — Gross price and VAT rate. Price per visit is computed for you and shown to the patient.
- Services — Covered services. At least one is required; those are what the patient redeems pass visits against.
- Validity — No expiry or Expires after N days, counted from the purchase date.
Under 1 are those four tabs, one under another. Under 3 is a field filled in on the selected tab.
Check what the patient sees
The package card shows the name, description, visit count, price, price per visit, validity and a Covers list. The Buy button leads to the Purchase pass screen with First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number fields and the I agree to the processing of my personal data consent. Then comes Proceed to payment.
With no active public package, the patient sees No packages available.
Pick the purchase up in the dashboard
After a successful payment the patient returns to the passes page with Your pass has been purchased successfully! and a note that a confirmation will arrive by email.
Three things happen on your side at once: the pass waits until the payment clears, an invoice is created under Billing in the buyer's name, and the patient — if they were not in the database yet — is created automatically from the details given. Matching goes by email address within your clinic, so the same address will not create a second record.
When something doesn't work
No packages available
What this means: No package is both active and marked public — or they have all been switched off.
Failed to load packages.
What this means: The page got no answer from the server — usually a momentary break in connectivity.
Online payments are disabled for this clinic.
What this means: A public pass purchase needs online payments enabled, and the clinic does not have them.
Select at least one service.
What this means: You are saving a package without naming the services a visit can be redeemed against.
Who has access
Clinic AdminPackages are created and published by whoever manages the clinic settings. The purchase is public — the buyer needs no account. The invoice and the pass go to the clinic where the package was sold, and stay there.

Related features
Booking from the public page
The public address where a patient books without an account: they pick a service, a practitioner and a time, leave their details, and the appointment lands straight in the clinic calendar.
Prepaid packages
Multi-visit passes: you define them once in settings, sell them to a patient, and Heltio deducts credits as visits are settled. Validity, service coverage and the practitioner list are part of the pass definition.
Przelewy24 — online payments
The patient pays for the visit when booking, and the money goes to the clinic's account through Przelewy24. It takes two steps: a verified payout account and online payments switched on.
